Don't Let Your Mind Control the Day

Updated: Oct 3, 2019

Yesterday I wrote a blog post about your morning routine and how to make your day better with a great start. A whole lot of it has to do letting go of the fictitious problems that the mind generates which only creates suffering.

Have you ever been confronted by a problem in your life and that is all you can think about? This is called increased importance in Reality Transurfing. Basically you are creating fictitious problems in your mind or you are hooking into pendulums that will suck your energy dry. When you put too much importance on something it creates an imbalance. So how do you decrease importance and come back to balance? You let go and you become aware.

You simply observe the problem. Of course, sometimes it is not that easy but there are skills you can learn to help you observe your thoughts and become more present to the present.

Let's say it's the middle of the day and you get into an argument with a co-worker. One of the very best things you can do is step away from the situation. Go outside or just step away for a moment. Listen to sounds you can hear, name them. What sights can you see? What things can you feel? What smells do you smell? When you get in touch with your senses you automatically become more present. Find things to be grateful for and expand that awareness. There is always something to be grateful for.

Now let go and become aware of the situation from a different perspective. Once you do this you can create balance in the energy. The pendulum will unhook itself and you will become aware that the suffering you created was just the mind generating fictitious problems.

Until next time, Much love, Kathie
